⚠️ Return & Exchange Rules:

Check Before You Pay: Since we offer an Open Parcel facility, please check your item thoroughly upon delivery. Once the rider leaves and the payment is made, we will not be responsible for any complaints regarding the product quality or defects.

Size Exchange: If there is a size issue, you can exchange the item within 5 days. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Refund Timeline: In case of a valid refund request (processed manually), please note that the process takes 15 to 20 working days.

Deduction: Delivery charges of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be transferred to your Bank/EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
