1. Delivery Range We deliver all over Pakistan. Whether you are in a big city like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or a remote village, we will get your parcel to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders across Pakistan.

  • (Agar aap shipping charge karte hain toh yahan likhein: Standard Delivery Charges are Rs. 200 per order.)

3. Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: Once you place an order, we process and pack it within 24 hours.

  • Estimated Delivery: You will receive your parcel within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Note: During sales, festivals (Eid), or bad weather conditions, delivery might take 1-2 extra days.

4. Open Parcel Policy (Check Before Pay) We are proud to offer Open Parcel Delivery.

  • When the rider arrives, you can open the flyer/box and check your product.

  • Satisfy yourself with the quality and size.

  • Pay the cash to the rider only after you are happy with the product.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email. You can use this number to track your parcel's location at any time.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item? Since we offer Open Parcel Delivery, we request you to return the item immediately to the rider if it is damaged or incorrect. Once the rider leaves, we will follow our standard Refund & Exchange Policy (where delivery charges of Rs. 200 will be deducted).
